SHIPPING POLICY
How It Works
Shipping is Handled by USPS priority mail and upon purchase you will be emailed with a tracking number, estimated delivery date, and link to track your package. Most packages are received by customers in 1-3 business days once shipment is confirmed.
RETURNS
No Monkey Business
If for whatever reason you package is incorrect or damaged a full refund will be issued minus the shipping fee.
In the case that your package is not received or you cannot confirm the location your package was delivered to it will be handled on a case by case basis. But USPS priority does a great job making sure the packages are delivered to the right address. Nothing to worry about ;)
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow a 1-3 window of for me to receive, and make your order. Once your order is fully completed
you will be notified once your order is shipped so please allow for 1-4 business days for you to receive your package. I will let you know after your order has been shipped via email. So please use an email you use regularly when placing your order. If you selected to pick up you will be contacted and we will agree on a date and time for you to pick your package up. And if for whatever reason you miss that date and time I ask that you let me know in advance so we can reschedule a better suiting time.
